Perfect and exceptionally nice location for visiting cafes and pubs walk from the hotel. It was a perfect area close to a tube station. The staff was attentive, everything was perfect.

The proximity to Hyde Park is great and you can take the bus to Oxford Street and further downtown. The tube is not always necessary and we liked the ambience in the hotel.

It was all very beautiful.

Bedroom needs updating

The bedroom was very dated. Lights not working in bathroom. No water pressure in shower, which was also broken. Ceiling in bedroom was from the 70's with polystyrene squares.

Very friendly staff, very close to the underground.

Heating in the room did not work the first night at all, after consultation at the reception and central restart during the day it was nice and warm, in the evening it could not be started again. So we froze through two nights with a leaking window.

Staff was friendly and helpful

The ordered cot was not in the room, the room was also too small to provide a cot (but could be changed the next day!) Room is poorly soundproofed and the furniture already old! In the bathtub the paint was already peeling off! We expected more from a 4 star hotel!
